BILL ZAHLLER

Bill Zahller is an active real estate syndicator and investor, bringing over 14 years of real estate investment experience. Bill Zahller partnered with Richard Coyne in 2016 to found Park Capital Partners, LLC after founding boutique real estate investment company Park Capital Properties earlier that year.

Bill has completed post-graduate real estate analysis and investment coursework at MIT’s School of Architecture and Planning, is a Certified Capital Raising Specialist (CCRS) and is a Certified Business Broker (CBB).

Bill is also the founder of the Asheville Multifamily Investor Club and co-host of the Carolina Real Estate Investor Association’s Multifamily subgroup. Both groups focus on syndication and multifamily investing. Bill has been a speaker at The Best Ever Conference in Denver, has been interviewed on numerous commercial real estate podcasts and writes a weekly blog on commercial real estate investing.

RICHARD COYNE

Richard Coyne is a full-time real estate syndicator and investor. Richard partnered with Bill Zahller in 2016 to found Park Capital Partners, LLC after founding boutique real estate investment company JCLange and Company, LLC earlier that year.

Richard has completed post-graduate real estate analysis and investment coursework at MIT’s School of Architecture and Planning.

Richard is a retired software executive with more than 30 years of experience. He holds a PMP and leverages that discipline in apartment analysis, investing, and operations.

Richard is co-host of the Asheville Multifamily Investor Club and co-host of the Carolina Real Estate Investor Association’s Multifamily subgroup. Both groups focus on syndication and multifamily investing.

Richard also serves in a variety of volunteer roles. For the past 14+ years, Richard has been a Senior Ski Patroller, instructor and evaluator. Richard formerly served three years as President of the High School Booster Club at the private school that his children attended.

TERRY KIPP

Terry Kipp is an active real estate syndicator, investor and capital markets consultant.

Terry teamed up with Bill Zahller and Richard Coyne to lead the underwriting and market research efforts for Park Capital Partners.

Terry is a commercial real estate professional who has structured and closed over $1 billion of real estate transactions on behalf of pension funds, endowments, and high-net-worth investors.

With experience across multiple real estate disciplines, Terry’s underwritten over $6 billion of transactions of multi-family, retail, office, and industrial assets across the country. Terry started his career at Prudential Real Estate Investors (now PGIM) and J.P. Morgan’s Global Real Assets, which allows him to bring an institutional discipline to the underwriting and market research process. He is an active member of the New York Private Equity Network – Real
Estate in New York, NY.

FRANK PISHLER

Frank Pishler is an experienced real estate professional with over 25 years in the financial industry. Frank
began his career as a runner at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1989 and advanced to become a
floor trader. As Director of Investor Relations here at Park Capital Partners, Frank provides investors
intelligence and critical information needed to assist them in managing their assets with us.

Frank’s experience as an investor as well as helping investors navigate the complex world of finance
gives him a unique view of what investors need to remain successful.

In addition to his experience in the financial world, Frank has owned a Pet Grooming Salon and was
President of his local Downtown Merchants Alliance.

Frank is passionate about pets and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their two rescue
dogs.

TARA KULKARNI

Tara attended New York University and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and
Accounting.

She began her career working at Guggenheim Partners in Wealth Management, helping to manage over
$1.5B in Assets Under Management for high-net-worth individuals and family offices. She then went to
work for MSD Capital, L.P., LLC, a long-short hedge fund managing over $6.5B in AUM. While at MSD she
worked in the accounting and operations department, under the CFO, working on the many portfolios
they had, including substantial real estate holdings.

Tara has extensive experience with financial research, accounting, and investor relations.

In her spare time, Tara enjoys volunteering with several charities in her local community.

A WORD FROM MANAGING PARTNER BILL ZAHLLER

Hi, and thanks for reading.

In my long career as a real estate investor, one important lesson I’ve learned is this: There’s strength in numbers. In more ways than one.

There’s strength in numbers when it comes to investing in a tangible (yet expensive) asset. In plain terms, very few individual investors can afford an entire multi-family property. But get twenty professionals together… now you have something.

There’s also strength in numbers when it comes to multi-family real estate itself. I’ve been doing this for a decade-plus, and believe me, multi- family is where you want to be. Put simply, 100 monthly rent checks are better than one.

This was my motivation in founding Park Capital Partners, LLC. I work with professionals from all walks of life who wish to enter the multi-family market, but don’t necessarily want the day to day management of such. Our focus is on the Southeastern US, because A) it’s where I live, and B) it’s one of the fastest growing areas of the country. There is a real opportunity here to
achieve excellent capital growth.

Lastly, I also feel that one-on-one aspect is important. I make it a point to treat everyone like a valued partner, because that’s what Park Capital Partners, LLC’s clients are.
