In my long career as a real estate investor, one important lesson I’ve learned is this: There’s strength in numbers. In more ways than one.

There’s strength in numbers when it comes to investing in a tangible (yet expensive) asset. In plain terms, very few individual investors can afford an entire multi-family property. But get twenty professionals together… now you have something.

There’s also strength in numbers when it comes to multi-family real estate itself. I’ve been doing this for a decade-plus, and believe me, multi- family is where you want to be. Put simply, 100 monthly rent checks are better than one.

This was my motivation in founding Park Capital Partners, LLC. I work with professionals from all walks of life who wish to enter the multi-family market, but don’t necessarily want the day to day management of such. Our focus is on the Southeastern US, because A) it’s where I live, and B) it’s one of the fastest growing areas of the country. There is a real opportunity here to achieve excellent capital growth.

Lastly, I also feel that one-on-one aspect is important. I make it a point to treat everyone like a valued partner, because that’s what Park Capital Partners, LLC’s clients are.

Richard Coyne, Managing Partner

Richard Coyne is an active Real Estate Syndicator and Real Estate Investor. Richard formed JCLange and Company, LLC in 2016 to invest in Real Estate. Since then, Richard teamed up with Bill Zahller to form Park Capital Partners LLC.

Park Capital Partners brings together investors to acquire apartment complexes. Our goals are to deliver solid returns to our investors while making our apartment complexes better places to live for our residents via the execution of a value-add strategy.

Richard lives in Maggie Valley, NC. Richard is a full-time software executive with more than 30 years of experience. Richard holds a PMP and leverages that discipline in apartment analysis, investing, and operations.

Richard also serves in a variety of volunteer roles. For the past 12+ years, Richard has served as a Senior Ski Patroller, instructor, and evaluator. For three years, Richard formerly served as the President of the High School Booster Club at a private school that his children attended. Prior to that, for six years, Richard served as Chairman of the Annual Fund Giving Campaign for this same school.

Terry Kipp, Lead Underwriter
Terry Kipp is an active Real Estate Syndicator, Investor, and Capital Markets Consultant.

Terry teamed up with Bill Zahller and Richard Coyne to lead the underwriting and market research efforts for the firm.

Terry is a commercial real estate professional who has structured and closed over $1 billion of real estate transactions on behalf of pension funds, endowments, and high-net-worth investors. With experience across multiple real estate disciplines, Terry’s underwritten over $6 billion of transactions of multi-family, retail, office, and industrial assets across the country. Terry started his career at Prudential Real Estate Investors (now PGIM) and J.P. Morgan’s Global Real Assets, and Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, which allows him to bring an institutional discipline to the underwriting and market research process. He is an active member of the New York Private Equity Network –Real Estate in New York, NY.
