"The Secret to Living is Giving" – Tony Robbins

We are all blessed in our lives. With these blessings, we have the power (and some would say the responsibility) to help others.

We believe so strongly in this concept that, Park Capital Partners has committed to giving a portion of our profits back to do exactly this – help others.  Further, to honor our investors, Park Capital Partners has committed to donating to The Park Capital Partners Foundation which will then donate to a non-profit of the investor’s choice.

We invite you to also contribute as it suits you.

To manage this process, we established The Park Capital Partners Foundation, Inc.  This 501c3 non-profit foundation will donate 100% of the proceeds* to the various Charitable organizations listed below.

*Park Capital Partners is donating the funding required to cover the overhead associated with running The Park Capital Partners Foundation, Inc.

"We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give."
– Winston Churchill

How does this work?

  1. Park Capital Partners has committed to giving a portion of our profits to these worthy causes.
  2. When you invest in a passive real estate project with Park Capital Partners, to honor you, we will contribute to the charity of your choice from the list of charitable organizations below.
  3. You can also make an extra gift to one (or more) of the below charitable organizations by contributing to The Park Capital Partners Foundation Inc.

    You can give:

    1. When investing in a new passive project.
    2. When you receive your distributions from the projects that you invested in, or
    3. Whenever it suits you.

"For it is in giving, that we receive." – St. Francis of Assisi

What are the selected charitable organizations?

There are so many worthy causes out there. As much as we wish that we could support them all, we cannot. To offer you a choice in giving to an organization that you are passionate about, we have curated this list of charitable organizations. Each of these organizations is known for having the lowest possible overhead so donations are put to their most productive use – helping others.

Please join us in giving back to these worthy causes.
